6. Liability and Insurance
The Company will take utmost care during the moving process. However, we are not liable for any loss or damage to items unless caused by our negligence. Customers are encouraged to purchase additional insurance for high-value items.

Troy and team came sharp at 9am as scheduled and plan the moving items with us. He was very professional, did a few double checking to ensure our stuff are packed. The team was very fast and precise. Troy had a problem on hand as to how to transport my wine chiller. He was creative and inserted a cardboard into the chiller to prevent it from knocking. They completed within 30mins of my whole house.....pack into their truck and transported to my new plc...Reaching my new place, though they need to push a distance, they were very fast as well...it was amazing!
