Joy Movers tell me they aim to make moving a joy - and I can see they really make the effort to achieve that aim. They have been responsive and responsible throughout the process. Ben, the team member who liaised with me, gave me an estimate that turned out to be spot on, which I appreciated.
I used them for a small job and a large one. In both cases, their teams arrived on time and were quick and efficient in carrying out the job.
The supervisor for the large job was very good. He managed everything smoothly and saved time by wrapping and preparing the items, even very large ones, for transport by himself. This was while waiting for the teams to move the items to their storage. He was attentive and detailed when wrapping up all the items and took note of any existing dinks and scratches.
My things are now in storage with them, and they will need to move my items back. I will add further to the review when the move back is completed. But so far, so good!
I recently used Joy Movers for storage, as well as moving house. Appreciate how fast and efficient the Wong and his Team did in moving in all the boxes and furniture. We engaged Joy Movers & Logistics for moving and storage services (for 3 months plus) as our new place are not ready yet. And later when we need to rush for the moving to our new place, they are very helpful and accommodating to our requested date. Both trips to move out and move in are serviced by their lead, Troy who are superbly helpful. He and his team are efficient to move our things and protect our fragile and odd stuff extremely well. Also, my new place are still under renovation and not all area can be used. He patiently trying to understand the situation and help us to plan where to placed our boxes pull from warehouse. And they even help me to configure our old L-shape sofa to the other side due to different layout in new home. Save me a cost to engage handyman to do it. Excellent customer service and extremely happy with Troy and his team help.

Engaged Joy Movers for my house moving in Aug and Dec. They were very efficient and punctual. Nearly 10 of their men came to move my things into storage, and all was done in 20 mins. All the furnitures were also wrapped well before putting into storage. Their admin was also fast in their replies. Recommended!
