Hmm let's start by saying Joy movers are a joy to work with, from the start (sales quotation) to the actual day moving.
Price is competitive (in fact lowest among all the popular movers that people/websites recommend) as well.
Hazel was super responsive during sales quotation. As this is my first major move from a house to another house, she was very helpful in helping us deciding the amount of boxes and trucks to move. She was also able to advise accurately based on the video tour (saves us time and effort unlike other moving companies that require on-site survey).
On actual moving day, Troy and team arrived on time and he made the mood lighthearted. I told him about my condo time limit about moving and he assured me that things can be done in time. He and his team were efficient, fast and everything was moved out within 45 mins. There were like 50 carton boxes, major appliances (TV, fridge and washing machine), Queen size bed and a couple of tables and chairs. Incredible speed and teamwork by Troy and his team. They also took extra care on fragile and sensitive items,as well as the padding on the condo lifts/facilties to make sure that there was no damage.
All in all, I would recommend joy movers who are considering moving services. Thank you joy movers and team. You make my moving journey smooth and enjoyable

Movers were very kind and professional. Uncles where very good. Very polite, informing if there were scratches, checking with us what is required and what's not. Moving was good and smooth.
Refund of deposit was super prompt and fast! Immediately when they collected the box, within 1hr, i received my refund. Amazing.
No need for me to follow up or chase them to refund. (Love such promptness!)

Joy Movers came highly recommended. Indeed starting from the first call to the end of the move, it was a two thumbs up experience.
Hazel who received my enquiry was very helpful and nice. She guided me through with the assessment of my move, the number of trucks we may need and explained the pricing matrix. Carton boxes provided are recycled which is my criteria, arrived quickly in great condition.
The move crew were friendly and highly professional. Not only were they well coordinated, they managed the move in high spirit and joy. Always nice to work with a happy crew, probably that explained why the company is called Joy Movers 🙂 Weather was checked, bulky items carefully wrapped, throughout we were well assured that our stuff are in good care.
Only when everything right to the last box was delivered to the correct room, then the crew handed over.

Moved our home 2 weeks ago and I cannot recommend them more for their efficiency and the peace-of-mind.
Initially got in contact with Jenn who asked us to video our home/large items then gave her quotation (based on ½-¾ truck load - turned out accurate!). Even though we spent time checking out other providers who were either more expensive, felt sus, or harder to get in touch with (1 still hasn't replied me), she still gave us ample time to decide. Her team delivered the empty boxes 2 days after confirming, and they were able to accommodate a date change as my new place doesn't allow moving in on Sat afternoons/Sundays.
On moving day, the team leader called me 20mins early to say that they were already here but needed to get lunch first. They arrived on the dot and scooped everything IN 30 MINUTES. I've never shifted a house so quickly before, had over 20 boxes and many bulky items including a baby bassinet. The move was uneventful and they dropped the boxes just as fast. We had relocated in less than 1hr. Impressed with their teamwork and coordination.
After we were done unpacking it took less than a week to collect the boxes. We just left them outside the door as we weren't in, and it was sorted out, no fuss. Even Jenn's after-sales for refund of our deposit was speedy.
Maybe the only thing that worried me slightly was some of the boxes marked fragile were loaded in the middle of the stacks, but nothing was broken - dishes, microwave plate, porcelain figures... I guess that says more about the strength of their boxes than anything else. 5 stars!
Joy Movers tell me they aim to make moving a joy - and I can see they really make the effort to achieve that aim. They have been responsive and responsible throughout the process. Ben, the team member who liaised with me, gave me an estimate that turned out to be spot on, which I appreciated.
I used them for a small job and a large one. In both cases, their teams arrived on time and were quick and efficient in carrying out the job.
The supervisor for the large job was very good. He managed everything smoothly and saved time by wrapping and preparing the items, even very large ones, for transport by himself. This was while waiting for the teams to move the items to their storage. He was attentive and detailed when wrapping up all the items and took note of any existing dinks and scratches.
My things are now in storage with them, and they will need to move my items back. I will add further to the review when the move back is completed. But so far, so good!

Wong’s team, friendly movers, very good in stacking items to optimize space on the trolley, during unloading they carried items to rooms, laid out floor protection. Overall a good experience using Joy Movers. They did almost forget one item but luckily managed to pass it to them. Even at almost last minute I had changes on my date of moving, they did their best to accommodate my moving date.
I would highly recommended their services! They are honest in their charges and being totally transparent in their prices, with no hidden costs. They also took good care in their moving by laying sheets on the flooring to ensure no damages were done to my flooring. And even to small details like asking me about electrical point for my chest freezer when they noticed there wasn’t a electrical point nearby where I told them to place my freezer. When placing my piano, they were very careful to place it at the position I wanted it to be.

Derek and team were fantastic movers I ever came across. Not only being on time. In fact Derek arrived an hours before schedule time to manage the packing ahead of his guys. Derek does most of the coordination and pre- wrapped the items/ boxes in a manner that will be easier for his guys to load onto the truck. So much to say to thanks them. Thank you so much for the moving service!👍 The guys are very efficient and meticulous. They arrived 15mins before, done wrapping everything within an hour. They are also friendly and patient, always checking if we have any more last minute things to add to the moving, and if we have taken everything. They are also very careful not to dirty the new place and our stuff, a mat is used when shifting the boxes in using trolley, and a small gesture like holding the clothes hangers to avoid touching the clothes during unpacking – that’s fantastic! Our items arrived safely and we are very appreciative of their hardwork. The price is also very reasonable, especially with such great service. Kudos to Joy movers & team!🫰 We will definitely recommend you guys to our friends! 😊
